Hi, Point #3.

Emmanuel went to the USA. He was born Feb 23, 1890. died Aug 31, 1971
He was married to Justina Frank. I do not think that he was part of the other Michigan Eisbrenners, as when we had a Eisbrenner family reunion in Michigan 10 years ago, we could connect the relationship.

There is also his brother Emil Eisbrenner, born May 19, 1896 Poland, died June 26, 1962 in Winnipeg, Manitoba (where I also reside).
We as a family spent many happy times with him and then later his widow, Adelma. He had 2 sons, Arnold (now deceased)and Allen, still living in Winnipeg.

I don't know why Emmanuel would be referred to as Emil. I know the Canadians referred to him as "Manny". Perhaps the Americans call him "Emil" as a nickname as mentioned by Jerry Frank on the following forum.
I will address Jerry Frank's comments also.
It's all very interesting.
