After reading your post and looking at different maps I got it: there have been two colonies named Goncharicha - the one north of Dubno and the other north of Rowno, also known as Solomka or Friedrichsdorf.

I tried to use the full description you provided for Goncharicha but my Google Maps did not recognize it.

Try Honcharykha, Riwne, Ukraine.

1906 Goncharicha was listed as колония Гончариха, Млыновская волость, Дубенского уезда (Koloniya Goncharikha, Mlynovskaya volost', Dubenskogo uyezda), 16 Werst from Dubno.
Found it on different maps , e.g. as Honczarycha on P46 S41 Ołyka.

It seems there have been BETTIG families in both villages.
