it is very hard to help, if you dont know a hint about their origin. Are you know the English speaking mailinglist GR-Genealogy? In this mailinglist I found some helpful researcher in Brazil two years ago. They can give you hints or helps to find databases, adresses or contacts in your country Brazil.
