Your informations have been a great help. Thanks to your knowledge about other settlements I found this website http://www.angelfire.com/ms2/belaroots/Baltic_home.htm showing some of the settlements, though not Tschollo. But it now supports many stories about the Tsar and the family of mine. The Tsar had his hunting-lodge in the village of Bialowieza/Bjalavicy.

Also the year of the settlement has been a great help. I had no knowledge of the year of its foundation, just knew that family had been among the first 7 families to settle here. I would think that the church was built right after their arrival in 1809. People of the settlement were known as being well-educated.
