I don't have a map that shows it. However, the following comments are in Kneifel's "Die evangelisch-augsburgischen Gemeinden in Polen".
Tschollo / Czolo was founded in 1809 as a German evangelical colony. Later, a church was built that seated 150 - also a school. Up to 500 Germans lived there but not sure of the date for that. Most Germans apparently left the region during or after the persecutions of 1915. Perhaps the church was built about 1840/50, which you indicate as the founding date.
Other settlements included Michalowo, Izabelin, Wilkowyszki and Druskienniki. Czolo was apparently very close to Bialowieza / Bjalavicy which I believe is located at 24/32 and 53/20. You will probably need a pre WW I map to find it.
