I'm not sure how to communicate with you, but
yes, I spoke with some people on this forum,
re my friend whose mum you are talking about.

I have some information that I dug up for him
when he wanted to know what happened and where
these places were, and so on...

I'm only too happy to share what i found out,
meagre though it is.

There is a lot of history I read between those first
posts and now.
It would be great if you keep some of these
stories alive

I'm still in touch with my friend's wife,
she lives not far away.
