Some people photocopy the pages to take home. Others write the information down at the library. You can then forward this information to another person who will transcribe it to a spreadsheet OR you can type it into the spreadsheet yourself.

Most use the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet but others such as QuattroPro are OK. We then submit the files to the coordinator who arranges to post it on the Pixel website.

I take my laptop computer to the library and enter the information directly. It elminates one step in the work.

If you decide to help, please let me know by email jkfrank@shaw.ca so that I can send you the standard spreadsheet form that we use. We also need to coordinate which years you are doing so that we do not duplicate work.

Do you have a list of film numbers that apply to the Kiew parish? If not, I can get that for you this Saturday when I go to the library.
