yes, your ancestor's surname was certainly Stehlík which is the Czech for bird called goldfinch or redcap. The correct version of Burisch is Bureš or Buresh/Buresch in English/German transcription.
The female versions of both surnames would be Stehlíková and Burešová in Czech or Stehlikin and Bureschin in German. I'm not sure if the female endings were used in German Vohynian records but in old Bohemian records written in German language they were used very usually.
