The Pixel page does give the coordinates for Nov.Ivanovskoj on the Stumpp map. If you can find someone in Germany who has that map, perhaps they can scan or copy the location for you. That will then help you to find it on other maps.

I don't know of an on-line source showing railways. There is an excellent atlas that we use here in North America which has a good railway map. It is called, "Historical Atlas of East Central Europe" by Paul Magocsi. Sometimes books are still better than the Internet. I don't know if it is easy to find in Germany. It can be ordered from http://www.genealogyunlimited.com here in Canada.
