I do not see how a connection between Eleonora Müller *1850 and Marianne MÜLLER *abt. 1813 would help you.

I did a quick search within SGGEE's database: Eleonora's father Georg was not a brother of Marianne, his parents were Johann MÜLLER and Katharine PETER. So, if there is a relationship between these two MÜLLER families, you will have to look for it within the 18th century...
