According to Dimitri Bitner, there is only a family lore(!) which says that Hermann Gerdell *1880 in Volhynia +1932 was the son of Hermann. Married to Maria KAMINSKI. They had seven children and ended up in Siberia. That's all.

My reference to the GERDELs from Ilow parish was meant for Dimitri, who, however, has no proof for a relationship to these GERDELs. I'm not related to the GERDEL family and will not do further research.
