Ujesd Nowograd Wolynsk und der von Dir genannte Rayon Nowograd Wolynsk sind ja nicht identisch.

doch Irene ,es könnte das gleiche sein 1879 zu Zaren Zeit gab es keine Rayons.

Gefunden habe ich als einzig ähnliche Schreibweise:
Kolonie Isbin (Избинь), Wolost Emiltschin, Ujesd Nowograd Wolynsk
Kolonie Isbini (Избины), Wolost Emiltschin, Ujesd Nowograd Wolynsk

Und das Isbin -Isbit das" T "könnte ja ein schreibfehler sein?
