This information only goes up to 1840 so it is of no direct use to you for a marriage that occurred in the 1860s. You must first research the marriage and then you can move back to the earlier information.

Information about the available records (you should probably look at both Gabin and Ilow) can be found on the SGGEE website. They are available on microfilm through the Mormon libraries or through requests for information from Polish Archives.
