Wie weiter mit einer AGAD-Warschau Info ?

nachstehende Antwort erhielt ich vor einiger Zeit vom AGAD und bitte um Eure Hilfe bei der weiteren "Behandlung":

Central Archives of Historical Records would like to inform you, that our archive holds public registers of Evangelical parish in Volodymyr-Volynsky (Włodzimierz Wołyński) from following years: 1891-1899, 1903, 1915-1922, 1925-1939 (births), 1892-1902 (confirmations), 1891-1899, 1907, 1915-1936 (marriages), 1891-1899, 1923-1939 (deaths), 1896-1913 (index of deaths).

Our archive does not hold public registers of Evangelical parish in Volodymyr-Volynsky before 1891 year.

In the index of confirmations of Evangelical parish in Volodymyr-Volynsky no. 202 (file card 113, item 64) was found the confimation certificate of Samuel Minkenberg. He was confirmed on 28th March 1898.
In the registers of Evangelical parish in Volodymyr-Volynsky no. 201 (file card 149, item 902) was found the birth certificate of Lydia Münkenberg. She was born on 29th November 1902 and her parents were Samuel Münkenberg and Theophile Kwast.

In the index of births of Evangelical parish in Volodymyr-Volynsky no. 93 (file card 204) from 1897-1915 were found the death entries of Adolf Minkenberg (born 1904) and Johanna Minkenberg (born 1907).

Registers of Evangelical parish in Włodzimierz Wołyński from years: 1914-1922, 1927-1938 (births), 1903-1939 (confirmations), 1898-1936 (marriages) are held in The Public Registers Office in Warsaw, 1/3 Kłopotowski str., PL 03-718 Warsaw, Poland

Mitdem vom AGAD ahgegebenen Link fand ich den Block:
Księgi metrykalne gmin wyznania ewangelicko-augsburskiego z zachodnich guberni Cesarstwa Rosyjskiego/wschodnich województw II Rzeczypospolitej, 1790-1940
und z.B. unter dem vom AGAD genannten Index 201 den Hinweis, dass es sich um die Registrierung der Geburten handelt.
Ergänzend ist noch eine Film-Nr. 90469 angegeben.
Was muß ich nun tun, um die vom AGAD gefunden UK zu erhalten ?
