As you can see from the other responses, it is very difficult to find information about Germans in Rawa parish. However, if you have some data from prior to 1830 and a village name, it is possible to have success. For that, you must search the Catholic records even if your ancestors were Lutheran. For example, from records in Volhynia, I learned that my mother's HEMMINGER ancestors lived in Kochanow before 1830. I found all their family information in the Gluchow Catholic parish records. Those records included all the information about their origins in Wuerttemberg. This then was the key that allowed me to trace the family all the way back to 1560.
