Malaya Kachovka is in the Kherson region of Ukraine, on the Dniepr River at about coordinates North 46/47 and East 33/27. This Forum, as well as myself, specialize in Volhynia which is the northwestern part of Ukraine, west of Kiev. To get help with your region, you will need to contact others more familiar with it than I. Your region of interest involves people typically known as Black Sea Germans.

I'm sorry that I cannot be of any more help.
