I have Appelt ancestors in Volhynia. My 4th great-grandfather was Christian Appelt married Christina Schmidt. Their daughter, Marianna Appelt, is my 3rd great-grandmother. What I have found is that Christian Appelt was born around 1831/1832 and that Christina Appelt née Schmidt was born around 1832/1833 in Franzdorf, Siedlce and died 10. July 1890 in Wandawola. I have 5 of their children; Marianna born ca 1855 in Franzdorf, Elisabeth born ca 1859 in Franzdorf, Anton born ca 1869 in Franzdorf died 25. August 1880 in Mariendorf, Eduard born 2. January 1877 in Franzdorf and Wilhelm born ca November 1879 died 8. December 1879. Marianna Appelt married my 3rd great-grandfather, Michael Pöhl, 17. October 1879 and they had 6 children from 1880-1892. I know in the beginning of their marriage in Mariendorf and then moved to Wandywola.I search genealogy that I can think and would be so happy if you could give some information. I also see that your last name is Appelt. Who was your ancestor? Or can your ancestors be related to the people I just mentioned? Maybe we are related
