Stachoski / Lier families – Neu-Kurgan (1889-1911)

Hello,
I am researching my ancestors Julius Stachowski/Stachowsky (the surname appears with several spellings in Canadian records) and Bertha Leier, both from Neu-Kurgan, Volhynia.
I have found the following records: Julius Stach* Born: 3 October 1889, Neu-Kurgan Father: Friedrich Stach* Mother: Amalie Kelm New Kurgan Canton AGAD Sygn. 243, entry no. 14 Bertha Leier Born: April 20, 1893, Kurgan/Neu-Kurgan Father: Mathias Leier Mother: Julianna Schmeichel New Kurgan Canton AGAD Sygn. 243, entry no. 18
Julius emigrated to Canada in 1911. In Canadian records he is described as Russian, German and Lutheran, and his destination was Winnipeg. Julius and Bertha later appear together in Canadian records, and their son Oscar Stachowsky was born in Winnipeg on 6 December 1911.
I am trying to learn more about both families before they left Volhynia. In particular: Do any marriage records survive for Neu-Kurgan/Tutschin around 1909–1911 that might contain the marriage of Julius and Bertha?
I would also be very interested in any other records concerning the Stachowski/Stachowsky/Stachasky or Leier families of Neu-Kurgan, particularly records that might show Julius and Bertha's residence or departure from Volhynia.
I am in Canada and unfortunately do not speak German, so I apologize if I have misunderstood any of the German records or place names.
