Richter Birth Records

It was suggested that I contact your forum for information about the availability of birth records in the former German administrative district of Warthegau . My sisters (still living) and I were born during the war years of 1941 to 1944 in Jurgenrode, now Josefow, located about 10 KM south of the town of Klodawa , Poland. Additionally, are any records available that might enable us to put together a route that took us from the Klodawa railroad station in late 1945 to Holtorf, Germany (near Gartow) where our father had found work as a farm laborer.
Were organizations in place, at that time, that worked with people during the resettlement to reconnect them with their family ? any suggestions would be appreciated.
