Ok so it comes down to who were your Juliu Neumann’s parents and were they Friedrich Neumann and Marie Hartmann.

I have Gustav Neumann’s 1878 Confirmation record:

I have Adolph Neumann’s 1891 marriage record from Marinkow that states his parents as Friedrich and Marie. Above his entry is a Emilie Neumann marriage to a Friedrich Celmer. Her father is Ludwig Neumann. I’m not sure the connection, if any.

If you have your DNA tested we could try checking that way. I have mine done and so does my uncle.
