One way to determine the most likely location is to look at the route that the Pastor travelled in collecting the information. He entered the data into the book as he collected it during visits to the local Kantors. So, look at the births before and after your record and you will see that he visited, in order:

Zelanka - Antoniew - Mariendorf - Marianka - Alexandria - Lubomirka

The first two are by Tutschin. He then travelled west to the area where the railway from Rowno crosses the Horyn River. That is the next group of villages.

I therefore agree with your guess that this Marianka (also known as Marianowka) is the one 10 km NNE of Rowno.
