I was on the website wolhynien.de looking into my great grandfather and associated family.
He was born in 2 MARCH 1894 konostopol...i think my cousin meant to write kostopol. His name is Christian Lutzer. He immigrated to canada in 1914 and met my great grandmother agnes in manitoba/saskatchewan. There they were married and then moved to ontario to raise their 5 children.
I was wondering if you have any information on a christian lutzer from Volhynia area.

ich habe Deine per E-Mail an mich gerichtete Anfrage in unser Forum gesetzt, da so auch andere Leser, die etwas über Deine Familie LUTZER wissen, hier antworten können.
He immigrated to canada in 1914
In Kostopol und Umgebung hat es zu der fraglichen Zeit mehrere Familien mit den Namen LUTZ und LUTZER gegeben, und mindestens drei sind nach Kanada ausgewandert.

Einen Christian LUTZER habe ich nicht gefunden. Wie heißen seine Eltern ? Woher kennst Du das genaue Geburtsdatum und den Geburtsort ? Besitzt Du noch Dokumente aus Wolhynien oder die Schiffsliste von der Überfahrt ?
