In working with Polish place names for many years, one begins to recognize certain letter combinations that are similar within place names. This is of course not always reliable but gives a clue to accuracy. In this case I sense that the "b" must be wrong.
There is not a single place in Poland that begins Pib..., Peb..., Pyb..., and only a very few that begin Pab... Even if one considers that "b" might sound a little like "p", there are still no places except one that would fit such first 3 letters.
I know this information does not help you to find the place but perhaps it will help you in your consideration of alternatives.
As for a place in the vicinity of Leczyca, there is a village about 12 km SW called Pelczyska. If you consider that the "lc" together MIGHT look like a "b", then perhaps the spelling is close enough to be correct. This is the best GUESS that I can offer. Note also that this place name is duplicated at 8 km S of Leczyca by Ozorkow.
