Ich denke, da vermutest Du richtig.

Lt. GOV liegt das Dorf Rowno im Rajon Ljuboml, Oblast Wolhynien (Luzk), Ukraine.

1941 wurde das Kreisgebiet Luboml im Generalbezirk Brest-Litowsk, Reichskommissariat Ukraine, aus den Rayons Golowno, Luboml und Schazk (3 Rayons) gebildet.
