My thread started with Ludwig Neumann (28.10.1885), here in Argentina it is LUIS NEUMAN. He married Ana Maria Brum(m) in 1934 in Winifreda, Conhelo, La Pampa, Argentina and they had three boys and one girl.- I will use the spelling as it has been kept in Argentina, just to be clear-.
Here their offpring:

1-Edmundo Adolfo Neuman was born about 1943 - He was single and had no descendants
2-Elena Neuman was born about 1948 and she is alive. She has two children.
3-Teodoro Ricardo Neuman was born on 27 May 1940 and died 21 November 2007. He got married and had one son (Marcelo) and one daughter (Rosana) .
4-Osvaldo Roberto Neuman was born about 1941 and died 10 July 2015. He got married and had two daughters (Patricia and Elena).

I am a Brum descedant (Volga). My grandmother was Olga Brum, Ana Maria Brum's sisters. And As I started to expand this branch, the Neuman members I mentioned in brackets, who are my 3rd cousins wondered about their anscestors, and here I Am, meeting you. What a lovely surprise!

One of them has a set of postcards and letters. I could identified as being from USA but the quality of the pictures they shared with me are not good. I am waiting them to send me clear pictures to help them reconstruct their family ties. And I am also waiting them to give me the full dates of all descendants in Argentina. It takes time to find those papers and photos.

Neuman family settled in Las Flores, in Buenos Aires Province, dedicated to agriculture activity.They were and are owners of farms.

And yes! My surname Reibold ...well, German-Russian descendant too, but from Crimea- 5 generations in Crimea and then to Argentina.

I am a descendant of Johann Neumann's sister Friederike Neumann. She was my grandmother's grandmother.

Johann and Friederike's parents were Martin Neumann (born about 1803) and Dorothea Wilhelmine Torno (born about 1807). The Neumann family lived within the Nasielsk parish north of Nowy Dwor Mazowiecki near Warsaw, Poland. They were one of several families that emigrated to the Pulin area of Volhynia in the early 1870s.

I recently discovered the 1826 marriage record of Martin Neumann and Dorothea Wilhelmine Torno. I had not found it earlier, since Martin's name was recorded as Martin Nowak, which is a Polish equivalent of Neumann. The marriage record identifies Martin's parents as Jędrzej (Andreas) Neumann and Krystyna Grochowska.

Similar to the Eichhast = Dombrowska equivalency, the Neumann name is also recorded as Nowak in some Polish records. There are many other German surnames that have Polish equivalents. SGGEE.org has good resources on these equivalent surnames.

I don´t know how Johann Neumann y Helene Eichhorst couple is related to Johann Neumann y Helene Dombrowska, Ludwing Neuman (28.10.1885) parents.

The married couple Johann NEUMANN & Helene EICHHORST are identical to the married couple Johann NEUMANN & Helena DOMBROWSKA. Here DOMBROWSKA is the Polish version for EICHHORST. So it is only 1 married couple:
Johann NEUMANN oo Helene EICHHORST = Johann NEUMANN oo Helena DOMBROWSKA
This 1 married couple are the parents of Ludwig NEUMANN.

As regards Johann Neumann (1) y Helene Eichhorst couple, I need to know if the Johann Neumann (1) is a brother of Johan Neuman, father of Ludwig Neuman (b28.10.1885) Or are these Johann Neuman cousins ?. Sorry, I don´t know how to interpret correctly that information. Forgive me my lack of understanding.

Der polnische Familienname Dombrowski wird bei den Frauen Dombrowska geschrieben und kann ins Deutsche übersetzt ein Wort mit Eiche ergeben.

Gefundene Einträge in der SGGEE-Datenbank habe ich mit den Kirchenbüchern verglichen, mit den Taufdaten ergänzt und einzelne Schreibweisen korrigiert:

In einer vereinsinternen Datenbank der SGGEE steht ein Hinweis, dass beide Ehepartner aus dem Kirchspiel Nasielsk stammen sollen. Und dort ist noch eine ältere Schwester zu finden:
